What Year Is It?
Atlus is going through a refurbishing of their Persona games. During the summer, they announced that Persona 3 Portable, 4 Golden, and 5 Royal would be released for modern platforms. They were announced for PC, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, but Nintendo Switch quickly joined the list.
On October 21st, Persona 5 Royal will be coming out for the above platforms. Fans will have to wait until the new year for the other two, but now we know exactly how long. Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden will be re-released on January 19th, 2023. Persona 4 Golden has been out on PC for a couple of years now though.
As good as this news is, things are doubly good for Xbox and PC players. Both games, as well as Personal 5 Royal, will be on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. If you are already a subscriber, you can play all three games for no extra charge. Not only that, but Persona 5 Royal will include a ton of DLC items at no cost.

Atlus games are pretty famous for being very long and requiring a ton of hours to sink in. At least you will be getting your money’s worth if you plan on playing all three.
Persona games often go through a couple of iterations. Take these three for example; they are all re-released with more content than the original. Hopefully, Persona 5 has been milked for all its worth and we will hear about Persona 6 soon.
