Halo Infinite Campaign Co-Op Beta Is Starting Next Month

Halo Infinite Campaign Co-Op Beta Will Start in July

Halo Infinite campaign co-op beta is finally happening next month. Developer 343 Industries confirmed to the gaming public that the long-delayed feature is coming in July.

With Halo Infinite campaign network co-op arriving later this year, we are planning to flight it to Halo Insiders in July,” devs wrote on social media. “Register and make sure your Halo profile is up to date for a chance to participate!”

Fans of the franchise are well aware that the term “flight” is referring to the beta. With that said, it would seem that fans will no longer have to wait any further for the feature. Those who are not yet part of the Halo Insider program can head to the game’s official website to make themselves eligible for the test.

After clicking the “Join Halo Insider” button, they will have to sign into their Xbox Live account and set their email address and preferences. They can opt into the program under the tabs that say “console flighting” or “PC flighting.”

Unfortunately, Halo Infinite devs have not yet provided specific information regarding which platforms the beta will be playable on. However, it is safe to say that the tests will arrive for both console and PC.

This will be a simple network co-op beta. This suggests that players will not be able to play in split screen mode. The full online co-op feature will be available to the gaming public in late August. However, the local split screen co-op mode will only be available during Season 3 which begins on November 8th.

This feature has actually already been delayed too many times to count. When the Halo Infinite first launched, devs promised that the co-op feature will be ready by Season 2. Sadly, devs were not able to keep this promise.
