Blast Demons to the Beat
Time to blast some demons to some heavy metal tunes. Today developer The Outsiders and publisher Funcom are excited to announce some rocking news for their heavy metal FPS game, Metal: Hellsinger. Of course, this news is the inclusion of yet another iconic vocalist to the ranks of the game’s cast. That’s right, System of A Down’s Serj Tankian is lending his powerful voice to the slaughter of demonic hordes. A press release provides more info on Tankian’s inclusion. Additionally a new trailer, featuring an original track performed by Tankian, sets the tone. Get those devil horns up and lock and load.
““What can you even say! We have so many System of a Down fans in the studio, adding Serj Tankian to our already incredible roster of vocalists feels unreal.” Says Creative Director at The Outsiders, David Goldfarb, in the press release. “. He completely killed the track and made it his own in a way only Serj could. We are so excited and can’t wait to see everyone playing!”
Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm FPS where players are fighting through hell itself. Using six different, and unique, weapons players must shoot, dash, and finish off enemies in time with the beat. Of course, successfully doing so increases your power and lets you tear through hell even better. Metal: Hellsinger also features a cast of powerful voices from Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), to Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), now Serj Tankian, and more.
Metal: Hellsinger is coming later this year to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. So, are you ready to rock out and slay some demons?
