Martha Is [CENSORED]
There is a big OOF coming from Wired Productions and LKA today. They issued a statement concerning their upcoming horror game Martha Is Dead. Martha Is Dead is coming out later this month on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. However, not all versions will be the same.
Apparently, the PS4 and PS5 versions will have missing gameplay elements or content compared to the Xbox and PC releases. The publisher and developer have been upfront about the content some players may find disturbing, but it seems they are being forced to “modify the experience” on the PlayStation platforms.
Some fans of horror games may be familiar with censored material when it comes to international releases, such as in Resident Evil. Difference is these games, for example, include dismembered and beheaded corpses being censored. These examples may be similar to what is being changed in Martha Is Dead, though we cannot know without it being spoiled ahead of time.

The game is launching later this month, but this change will push the physical release date for PS4 and PS5 a few weeks back. The new release date for those physical copies has not been determined.
Physical copies of the game on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S will still launch on February 24th. Digital copies will also launch on February 24th for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
