Black Desert Classes to Receive Major Overhaul

The Mountain of Eternal 

Changes are coming to the world of Black Desert. In a press release, reviewing Pearl Abyss’ CalpheON Ball, the company discussed the details of the updates coming to their MMORPG. From an entirely now region, the Mountain of Eternal Region, to class overhauls, Black Desert is bringing more to offer new and old players alike. 

“Mountain of Eternal is a snow-capped new region dominated by a mountain and filled with new quests, monsters and breathtaking environments,” says the press release.

Players will be able to partake in all sorts of winter activities in this new region. From snowboarding to ice fishing. Additionally, the region introduces a whole new quest line. As well, the Mountain of Eternal region released with a new trailer.

The trailer shows off the environment of the region. From a bird’s-eye-view players see the snow-capped mountains and mountain villages. A few scenes also showcase different enemies that players can expect to face in the new region.

In addition to the content coming with the new region, Black Desert classes also get a major overhaul. The press release explains that, “This reboot will see all seventeen playable classes reinvigorated through skill and appearance changes.” 

The class changes are releasing December 22nd. At the same time, the class changes arrive with new winter servers that will offer faster player levelling. 

On top of all of these updates, Pearl Abyss also announced the physical Black Knight figurine is now available for purchase. 

The Mountain of Eternal update will go live on Black Desert PC early next year. Black Desert is available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Mobile. More updates are available on Black Desert’s website.
