The Best Loot
Yesterday was PlayStation’s 2021 Showcase of upcoming titles and boy howdy, did they bring their A game(s). Other than the bombshell PlayStation exclusives like Spider-Man 2, God of War: Ragnarok, and Wolverine, there was also room for some cross-platform games, like Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
The new look at the Borderlands spin-off shows us that it will keep the same direction as the main series, which is to say unpredictable. Why are there guns in a fantasy game? Because shutupyourfaceandshoot! It is very much in the vein of the beloved Borderlands 2 DLC Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep.
Now that we have a release date, we also look to pre-orders and editions. We got a look at the Standard, Next Level, and Great Chaotic Editions, but as Yoda would say, “there is another.” You can also get Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Treasure Trove, but if you plan on getting this, be warned: it does not come with a copy of the game.
The Treasure Trove is a supplemental purchase for the collectors out there. It comes with a 18’x30′Â cloth map of the Wonderlands world, a collection of enamel pins, a set of tarot cards, an official Bunkers and Badasses book, a Butt Stallion plushie, and a papercraft booklet of Butt Stallion’s Castle.
If you are less into physical collector’s items and more into the content directly associated with your game, you may want to look at the Next Level or Great Chaotic Editions of the game, both of which come with bonus digital content.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will be coming out on March 25th, 2022 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
