Jackbox Party 8 Announces Release Date Of October 14th

Popular Party Game Franchise to Welcome Five New Games Next Month

The Jackbox Party 8 game will arrive on all major platforms starting October 14th, as announced recently by Jackbox Games.  The latest addition to the Jackbox Party franchise will add five new exciting games for fun for up to 10 players.

The release follows the expected release date of the majority of Jackbox Party games.  In the past, with the exception of one Jackbox party game, all the games were released in the time frame of October 13th and October 18th.  There seem to be no misses in the game assortment that Jackbox Party 8 provides.  From the Clue like “Weapons Drawn” to the enhanced Pictionary game “Drawful: Animate,” every single game seems to be fun for a party of friends.

The first game, “Job Job” allows players to answer interview questions creatively only using shuffled words from other players’ sentences.  It will support anywhere between three and ten players.  The second game, Poll Mine, offers the unique opportunity of a Jackbox Party’s first head to head game.  It will allow two teams to strategize and vote on what they think their group’s opinions on different items are.  The third game, Drawful: Animate, will allow you to play Pictionary, but with you creating gifs.  The fourth game, The Wheel of Enormous Proportions, will allow you to play a Trivia game -but with a wheel of fortune twist.  Finally, Weapons Drawn is a Clue like game – except where everyone is simultaneously the detective and murderer all at once.
