Check Out the Awesome and Crazy Gameplay Lost Judgment Will Offer

Dance Off, Bro!

The Yakuza spin-off Judgment struck a darker tone than the main-series games and it looks like the follow-up, Lost Judgment will be doing the same. Thatโ€™s not to say that it will be all serious business. There are some activities that diverge pretty significantly from the murder-solving parts of the game.

The new trailer comes out of Sonyโ€™s recent State of Play. We see some gameplay familiar to the core of the series, such as the third-person combat, but there are also a ton of side activities. Just judging from the trailer, players will have access to a rhythm minigame for dancing, a skateboarding mini-game, boxing, Battlebot-esque matches, and motorcycle races.

There is also a bunch of combat and story-related gameplay shown off, such as stealth elements and investigation sections. Takayuki has a set of parkour skills that allow him to wall-run for a short time, and climb pipes and railings along buildings. We also see him teaming up with a cute Shiba that will attack enemies in battle.

Previous Yakuza games are filled to the brim with mini-games, so it is no surprise that Lost Judgment will also have its share of side activities.

Lost Judgment will be coming out on September 24th for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, but unfortunately not for PC. You can get the standard edition, Ultimate Edition, or Digital Deluxe Edition, which are now available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store.
