Xbox Series X Releasing in November

The SEGA Xbox Series X Leak Could Be Official

Xbox Wire Editor in Chief Will Tuttle recently made a statement about the Xbox Series X and when fans can expect to see it on store shelves. The Xbox Series X is officially releasing in November, though no release date has been set as of now. The next-gen console will bring together every generation of Xbox consoles with thousands of games that span all four generations as the most backwards-compatible Microsoft console. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will be available on the Xbox Series X when it releases this November, bringing with it an extensive lineup of titles.

While Halo Infinite was recently delayed into 2021, the Xbox Series X will officially release this November according to Will Tuttle from Xbox Wire. A recent SEGA leak that teased the release date for Yakuza: Like a Dragon also teased a November 13th release date for the Xbox Series X because it will be launching the very same day. More than 50 new games are planned for this year that will be cross-generational between the Xbox One and Xbox Series X, but the Series X will have over 100 optimized for the new hardware.

“There will be thousands of games to play, spanning four generations, when Xbox Series X launches globally this November and over 100 optimized for Xbox Series X titles, built to take full advantage of our most powerful console, are planned for this year,” said Will Tuttle. “And with brand new console features like hardware-accelerated Direct X raytracing, framerates up to 120 frames per second, faster loading times, and Quick Resume for multiple games, playing will look and feel better, no matter which games you choose to play on day one.”
