Totto Land’s Minister of Biscuit Arrives
Charlotte Cracker will be available sometime this summer as a playable character in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 through a DLC pack. The tenth son, and 15th child of the Charlotte Family, he’ll be commanding an army of powerful Biscuit Soldiers and using his double-edged sword, ‘Pretzel,’ to unleash furious attacks against his opponents. This will be the first time Cracker makes an appearance in the Pirate Warriors games.
Currently, Cracker’s sibling Charlotte Katakuri is available as a playable character. Another, Charlotte Smoothie, will also appear alongside Cracker in DLC Pack 1, completing the Big Mom Pirates’ Three Sweet Commanders trio.
In the One Piece manga, Charlotte Cracker is able to generate and manipulate biscuits at will due to eating the Bisu-Bisu Devil Fruit. In the game, this power will instead manifest as an army of Biscuit Soldiers in his command.
Pirate Warriors 4, released just recently in March, is the latest in a long list of crossover musou games by Koei Tecmo. The original musou games (i.e. Dynasty Warriors) are characterized by satisfying beat ’em up combat and a large roster of playable characters based on historical figures from China’s Three Kingdoms period. The crossovers keep the same gameplay style, but instead build their casts with characters from other media and game franchises.
Pirate Warriors 4 is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam) in the Americas.
