Flip This Console
If you are into simulators or design games, you have have played or heard of House Flipper. The premise is that you earn money by doing odd jobs for home owners, as well as buying property, improving it, and selling it to the highest bidder. The different possible home buyers look for different features like multiple bedrooms, a variety of artistic installations, or open space, so you can decorate your house the way you want and still have it suitable for someone. Originally exclusive to PC, a House Flipper console release is quickly approaching.
Yesterday, as a little Valentine’s Day gift, the console port developer Frozen District released a trailer for House Flipper. Using footage of the game captured on consoles, user reviews and scores were superimposed to boast House Flipper’s PC performance. Then came the questions from the community about a console release, repeated from Facebook and Twitter. After a little while, their questions are answered. The player in the trailer runs outside and looks to the sky, where the release date is shown: February 25th for PS4 and February 26th for Xbox One.
In my own personal experience, House Flipper is one of those games where you can just take your time and relax, doing whatever you want with your creative space. You can create the house you would want to live in. You can advance skills like painting, tiling, and cleaning speed, price haggling, and other useful features to make progression faster. There is currently Garden Flipper and Apocalypse Flipper DLC packs available for PC with a House Flipper – HGTV DLC pack in development, but as far as the console edition goes, no word on if any DLC will be bundled with it.
