The Last of Us Part 2 Pre-Order Bonuses and Editions Laid out

[Rubs Hands Together and Licks Lips]

Now, I thought when Naughty Dog said The LAST of Us in 2014 that they meant it. No, they’re coming out with another, but I guess that’s acceptable. In part because they are coming out with a ton of really cool stuff for fans who want to pay out a little (not little) extra cash for it. And I guess because it’s a really good game and all, but the stuff! Here we will lay out all The Last of Us Part 2 pre-order bonuses and the different things you can get with all the editions.

The Last of Us Part 2 Pre-Order

Let’s start with the Standard Edition. This comes with the base game and, if pre-ordered, comes with an in-game ammo capacity upgrade and crafting training manual. The digital version also comes with a PSN avatar that has Ellie’s tattoo. The Special Edition comes with a steelbook case, a 48 page art book from Dark Horse, a PS4 dynamic theme, 6 PSN avatars, plus what comes with the Standard Edition. The Digital Deluxe Edition doesn’t contain the clutter of physical items. Instead, it takes all the digital content of the above editions, plus a digital soundtrack and a digital version of the Dark Horse art book.

This is where things get serious (and ‘spensive). The Collector’s Edition comes with everything in the above editions (including both physical and digital art books), plus a 12″ statue of Ellie playing her guitar, a replica of Ellie’s bracelet, 6 enamel pins, a lithograph and thank you letter, and 5 stickers. The Ellie Edition comes with everything; everything in the Collector’s Edition, plus Ellie’s backpack and a few different patches for the backpack. Unfortunately, the Collector’s and Ellie Editions seem to only be available in the United States, but for those interested and willing to pay the extra money, that should be easy enough to get around. The Last of Us Part 2 comes on on May 29th on PS4.
