More Nerfs Are Incoming For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Infinity Ward is Working Hard to Balance Their Game

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been a resounding success so far. The money generated from sales has broken records and generally speaking, fans are in love with the game. However, nothing is perfect and the latest Call of Duty is no exception. Modern Warfare has been hailed by many as a campers paradise. Due to quick time to kill and poor map design, camping has gotten noticeably worse in Modern Warfare. Infinity Ward has taken note of these problems and has recently released a new update that hopes to minimize this problem. While we will all wait and see if these fixes actually help, Infinity Ward is already working on making more changes to their game.

Thanks to how easy it is to die in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, people have all been flocking to the 725 shotgun. This particular weapon has been the source of many dented controllers and broken tv screens thanks to its rage-inducing power. It has insane reach for a shotgun and is generally able to kill players in one shot from most distances. Unless you are trying to counter snipe, the 725 is the perfect weapon.

Infinity Ward has come out and acknowledged that the 725 shotgun is overpowered and are working on fixes right now. The most recent update did touch on the infamous shotgun but it did not do enough according to most fans. A lot of the problems still remained.

Thanks to how much of a problem the weapon is, it should be getting fixed sooner than later. Fans have been more than vocal about how much they hate the current state of the 725.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is out on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
