Google Stadia’s Hurting Lineup Is Receiving Two Free Additions
Google Stadia recently launched with a limited lineup of games and Google is looking to remedy that issue with two free games for Stadia Pro subscribers: Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Farming Simulator 19. While these titles are in no way brand new, they’re a great addition to a hurting launch lineup and free games never hurt anybody. The two titles join Destiny 2 and Samurai Showdown as Stadia Pro’s free offers for now and it’s likely the service will have games added over time. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Farming Simulator 19 will be available on Stadia Pro for free starting on December 1st.
Although Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Farming Simulator 19 are dated titles joining a lackluster Stadia Pro library, gamers have sunk countless hours into both titles. When Microsoft remastered Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on the Xbox One, we were skeptical that the upgrade was worth the cost and were pleasantly surprised to see that the upgrades made the Definitive Edition much more than a simple cash grab. The first Farming Simulator released in 2008 and since then, it’s amassed a cult following of gamers among the PC and console communities alike. Farming Simulator 19 is the latest editions of the pinnacle of farm simulation games. Where titles such as Harvest Moon and Doraemon Story of Seasons focus on making the farming experience more arcady, Farming Simulator games focus on simulating real-life farming situations. Consider Farming Simulator the Forza Motorsport to Harvest Moon’s Need for Speed.
