Operation: Ember Rise Is Available Now for Year 4 Pass Owners

Mexico IS Sending Their Best People

The latest operators to join the Rainbow Six Siege roster are Amaru and Goyo from Mexico. They are part of the newest season Operation: Ember Rise which kicked off on Wednesday. We covered to two newbies last month, so you can catch up on what Amaru and Goyo are all about. The operators are not the only additions to the game. Small Quality of Life improvements have also been made with this update and you can check them out down below.

Operation: Ember Rise

Operation: Ember Rise officially began on Wednesday, but that is only for owners of the Year 4 Pass for Rainbow Six Siege. Everybody else will have to wait until September 18th, a full week after it began. To mark the beginning of this season, Ubisoft released a cinematic trailer for Operation: Ember Rise. It shows both Amaru and Goyo recounting their most recent mission and their highlight, almost like a Play of the Game, but with cartoon-ish drawings. After seeing some of their signature skills and gadgets, the two share a drink.

This Operation will also see the implementation of the new Rainbow Six Siege Battle Pass. Players will be given a free “Mini Battle Pass” which will allow players to earn rewards. This will be a trial and a learning phase for Ubisoft. They are also approaching the implementation of new “Player Behaviour updates” which will sanction certain undesirable behaviours like quitting early or being idle for too long. You can check all the smaller updates on Ubisoft’s website.
