A Month Before Gears 5 Releases, Microsoft Announces a Limited Edition Xbox One X Bundle
The new grey and off-white Xbox One X comes with a Gear of War inspired logo cracking through the case of the console with a controller that matches the theme and colour scheme of the Xbox called the Kait Diaz controller. The limited edition Gears of War 5 Xbox One X comes with the ultimate edition of Gears 5 which includes free in-game content and gives gamers early access to Gears of War 5. In addition, all previous Gears of War games (except Judgement) are included downloaded on the 1 TB limited edition Xbox One X.
Gears of War 5 releases on the Xbox One and PC on September 10th but gamers spending the extra money on the Gears 5 limited edition Xbox One X or the ultimate edition of Gears of War 5 will have access to the game on September 6th. Pre-orders for the limited edition Xbox One X are available on their website and the bundle is priced at $499 before taxes, shipping and handling. Gamers with 4K TV’s looking to upgrade their Xbox to the Xbox One X should surely consider this beautifully customized console and controller. We already have the Xbox One X but are holding out hope that the Kait Diaz controller will be sold separately as well.
The August Games with Gold includes Gears of War 4, setting up gamers planning on getting Gears 5 who aren’t fully caught up on the plot. If you’re curious, this is what we thought of Gears 4.
