Sounds Like More Will Be Revealed About Death Stranding This Month
Hideo Kojima’s upcoming “strand” game Death Stranding will get an “exclusive new look” at this month’s Gamescom event, according to The Game Awards presenter Geoff Keighley.

“Exited [sic] to announce @HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN will be live in Cologne during @gamescom Opening Night Live on Monday, August 19 to premiere a exclusive new look at DEATH STRANDING,” Keighley tweeted Tuesday. “ONL will stream around the world across all major platforms!”
We got some glimpses at Death Stranding gameplay when its release date was revealed in May and, with the game’s November 8th launch on the horizon, it’s likely that an extended gameplay demo will be shown on August 19th.
Other relevant news: According to Kojima, his latest game is in the “crunch time” phase of development as its early November release date nears.
