Remedy Tries to Keep Excitement Under Control
Remedy has released a new teaser for their upcoming title Control ahead of E3 this weekend, where the developer will surely show off a new trailer or gameplay.
With Control landing in less than a couple of months, it looks like the game is set to have a strong presence at E3. The new teaser shows off a couple off new characters that the player will have to team up with, and hints at something called “The Hiss” plaguing The Oldest House.
Control was announced during Sony’s press conference at last year’s E3, and since the boys in blue aren’t showing at this year’s convention, we very well could see the new trailer during Microsoft’s conference.
A demo of the game is set to be present on the convention’s showfloor when doors open this coming Tuesday. It’ll feature Courtney Hope (who played Beth in Quantum Break) as player-character Jesse Faden, and James McCaffrey (Max Payne himself) as a character named Zachariah Trench.
Control launches this August 27th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Remedy also recently released a few screenshots, and have claimed the game has ‘no limits,‘ which is an awfully tall order. Let us know if you’re looking forward to it in the comments!
