New Judgement Trailer Shows off What Separates It from Yakuza

Judge This Trailer for Judgement

Hot on the heels of a Western release date, SEGA has dropped a new trailer showing fans what to expect from this year’s visit to Kamurocho in Judgement.

Players are in for a whole bunch of target trailer and chasing, and combat, as well as more investigative gameplay like snapping pictures of suspects, investigating crime scenes, and using a drone to catch villains red-handed. Keep your eyes peeled for a slick Phoenix Wright reference as well!

This is not the Phoenix Wright reference I was talking about.

Players can also customize their character to go “undercover” similar to Hitman’s disguises, and it looks like Oblivion-style lockpicking will make an appearance as well. You can also count on a bunch of fun and lighthearted minigames similar to Yakuza, but this time around players can try pinball, drone racing, and what looks like a VR Arcade game.

Judgement drops June 25th exclusively for PS4. The above trailer is in Japanese, but it’ll come with an English voice option as well, where players can opt for a full-blown English dub, or a direct translation from Japanese that doesn’t live by the rules of lip-synching. Let us know what you think in the comments!
