The Walking Dead: The Final Season Will Conclude on March 26th, 2019
It looks like the fourth and last episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be launching on March 26th, 2019, at least according to an update in-game menu.
Now that Episode 3 “Broken Toys” has been released, the in-game menu screen has been updated that shows that Episode 4 “Take Us Back” is expected to be released on the above date (thanks DualShockers!). Skybound Games, who has now taken charge of the project since the closure of Telltale Games, has yet to make an official announcement but we feel pretty confident that this is the real deal. If true, that means we won’t have to wait too long see how Clementine’s story concludes.
The Walking Dead: The Final Season debuted back in August 2018. After releasing two episodes, Telltale Games was shut down in the fall, leaving the project incomplete while also cancelling other future projects like The Wolf Among Us Season 2. Thankfully, Skybound Games, came to the rescue to revive the project and see to it it that the final two episodes are properly finished.
The Walking Dead: The Final Season is available now on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
