Its HUNK Time!
As we draw closer to the release of Resident Evil 2, Capcom continues to spoil us with more information about the games content. It was revealed that the original Resident Evil 2 bonus modes will be returning in the remake.
While its unknown at this time if the unlock conditions are the same as the original release, playing through Resident Evil 2 will give you the chance to unlock The 4th Survivor, HUNK or the Tofu Survivor, which, unsurprisingly, is a giant block of tofu.
HUNK’s scenario could be unlocked by beating both Leon and Clarie’s stories were completed with an A Ranking. HUNK’s minigame consists of guiding HUNK to the Racoon City Police Department Helipad to deliver a sample of the G-Virus. Tofu’s scenario is similar, with the player needing to reach the helipad but is made more challenging due to the weapon limitations that a block of tofu would understandably have. Unlocking Tofu required beating six consecutive scenarios and achieving A-Rank on all of them.

Resident Evil 2 launches on January 25th for PlayStation, Xbox One and PC, with the One Shot Demo available until January 31st.
