Forza Horizon 4 Reaches Impressive Milestone with 7 Million Players Since Launch
Forza Horizon 4 launched a few months back, in October 2018, and from the beginning it seemed that gamers were absolutely in love with the open-world racing experience. Within just one week after release, the racer had more than 2 million players. Fast forward another three months and now it’s reached over 7 million players!
It’s worth noting that the numbers may have been helped along by those playing the game through the Xbox Games Pass and by the first DLC, Fortune Island, which dropped last month, marking the biggest expansion in the history of the Forza Horizon series. Of course, considering just how well it’s been received across the industry, receiving a 92 on Metacritic, and taking home the Award for Best Sports/Racing Game at the Game Awards, there’s no denying that whatever the reason for the success, the milestone is impressive.
