Hitman 2 Takes Aim and Goes Gold

Hitman 2 Launches This November

Hitman 2 has officially gone gold, announced its developer, IO Interactive, on Thursday. The anticipated stealth game is scheduled to launch on November 13th for the PC, PS4, & Xbox One.

“We’re incredibly proud and excited to announce that HITMAN 2 has GONE GOLD!” tweeted their official Twitter account. “November is fast approaching and we can’t wait for the game to be in your hands!”

Hitman 2 follows series protagonist Agent 47 as he goes around the world yet again in order to assassinate powerful, devious people (with explosive rubber ducks, of course).

Here’s the story premise, per the game’s Steam page: “Prepare to experience the ultimate spy thriller story; your mission is to eliminate the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia, but when 47 learns his target’s true identity and the truth about his past, it changes everything.”

According to IO, 47 will travel to six different locations throughout the game but those exact destinations haven’t all been officially revealed yet. However, there was a leak about the locations from earlier this year that currently seems legitimate.
