Here Are the Freebies for April’s Xbox Gold Subscribers
Microsoft employs a stellar Xbox Live service for its playerbase, but the months of Games with Gold have been met by a lukewarm fanbase. Fortunately, the general response may change with the latest list of free games.
April’s Games with Gold lineup appears pretty solid. Xbox One users will have access to The Witness. Additionally, there’s the previous installment of Ubisoft’s fan-favorite franchise, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. But everyone knows the extra perk of owning an Xbox One, and that’s Backward Compatibility.
The Xbox 360 games players can pick up for free are Cars 2 and Dead Space 2. Whether you want to race the animated circuit or annihilate necromorphs with everything at your disposal, all you need is an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Speaking of which, Microsoft recently hosted a Spring sale that gave 3 months of Xbox Live for $9.99. It may still be going on.
Players have from April 16 to May 15 to download games The Witness, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, and Deadspace 2. The only game that will be downloadable at the beginning of the month will be Cars 2.
