Battlefield V Leaked WW2 Factions and Customization – Rumor

How the next Game May or May Not Deviate from Battlefield 1

Battlefield 2018 has already leaked as Battlefield V. While we know it’s coming in the form of a WW2 game, we ‘ve known little else until now. The following comes with several ounces of salt since nothing has been confirmed. YouTuber Drakesden has revealed several worthwhile tidbits on the next installment, including factions.

This YouTuber’s report was vouched for by AlmightyDaq, who previously leaked Battlefield information that turned out to be true. Now, either we’re being hardcore trolled or informed, so let’s get started.

According to the purported leak, the next Battlefield game will include seven factions, to arrive as follows:

  • Great Britain
  • United States
  • Free French Forces
  • Third Reich
  • Kingdom of Italy
  • USSR
  • Imperial Japan

Like previous entries, Battlefield V shall contain 10 different maps at launch. Additional maps and locations will arrive in updates. Staying true to previous formulas, the game will expand via Premium Pass.

In case you’re wondering how the game will look, the engine is allegedly the current version of Frostbite. Players should witness all the visual cues of Battlefield 1. Of course, it will benefit from a WWII upgrade as well as more customization options.

Customization will extend to guns, attachments, and even characters. Classes/Weapon kits will return but with variable cosmetics that, more than likely, shall be made available through loot boxes. According to the leak, rewards shall be mostly cosmetic (whatever the hell that means).

Speaking of returns; we shall see vehicles return (naturally): Tanks, transport tanks, destroyer tanks, bombers. Speaking of returns, we should witness Battlefield 1 Incursions carry over. And why not? The game had several features that were top-notch.

Most interestingly, we shall see the removal, or downplay, of random bullet deviation (RBD). What does this mean? It means bullets will actually land where players aim their crosshairs, and they won’t seem so random in firefights. In sum, physics may not play as big a role. This seems like the most dubious part of the leak, but we’ll roll with it.

There’s your leaked information for Battlefield V, which you can take or leave. You can find the original source video down below.
