Arkane Studios is close to releasing their sci-fi shooter, so Bethesda couldn’t help but reveal their new launch trailer. Prey is coming, and you can catch a glimpse of the impending chaos down below:
Part of the intrigue in this video, and hinted throughout the game, is not knowing who the monster is. Prey takes place aboard Talos 1, a lavish space station that serves as a gigantic laboratory. As you unravel the mysteries of onboard experiments, you learn more about Morgan (the player character) and the true purpose behind for your visit.
But Prey is about the mystery as much as action. And progression leads to an accumulation of powers and consequences. Your choices define the character of Morgan and influence NPC’s perception of you. Ultimately, these affect the final outcome.
Anyone can play the demo now on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. And if you’re eager to learn more, you can visit the Prey website here. The game launches everywhere on Friday, May 5, leaving you some time to jump aboard Talos I and experience the Typhon threat.
