The numbers are in and this is what they say
The Top 10 UK Sales Chart has a new top dog. Mass Effect: Andromeda takes the top No.1 spot its debut week. This puts an end to the reign of Ghost Recon: Wildlands as the previous No.1. The open-world title from Ubisoft drops to No. 2 as a result. Which pushes Lego Worlds to No.3.
The rest of the chart falls into place after that, with the No. displacement shaking things up a lil further down the chain. Horizon Zero Dawn is now sitting at No.4. Right behind that you see Grand Theft Auto V, still hanging around. Like a car jacking demi god. Though it has fallen from the No.3 and No.4 slot respectively. But for the most part this is where the remainder of the change begins to slow down.
The rest of the chart is not that much affected by the changes further up at the top. Zelda: Breath Of The Wilds retains the No.6 position, and after this the list dissolves into non RPG/open world titles. FIFA 17 is No.7, Rocket League holds No.8, Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare sits at No.9, and Forza: Horizon 3 is the last at No.10.
Mass Effect: Andromeda has taken the top spot following its release week, but not without some issues. Mainly despite the fact that it has faced a bunch of criticism for known bug problems within the game. Bugs that Bioware developers currently say they are immediatly looking to address and fix up.
