South Park: The Fractured but Whole Has No Plans on Coming to the Nintendo Switch

Although a Tweet Referencing Nintendo Might Have Led People to Believe Otherwise, South Park: The Fractured but Whole Has No Intention on Making Its Way to the Nintendo Switch

A slightly confusing GIF posted to their Twitter account made users on Reddit and NeoGAF begin to speculate whether or not South Park: The Fractured but Whole intends on releasing the game on Nintendo’s newest platform. Well, everyone apparently thought wrong. So, regardless of any tweets they posted referencing the Nintendo Switch, representatives from the company have announced that they actually have no plans on making their way over to Nintendo’s sweet new home gaming/handheld hybrid.

South Park the Fractured But Whole

Although a GIF of Cartman freezing himself along with a caption saying “Nin-ten-do. I’m coming. I’m coming, Nin-ten-do #blizzard2017.” could totally lead others to believe that the game is set for a Nintendo Switch debut, that just simply isn’t what’s going down.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is the sequel to the award-winning RPG spoof (and really good one at that) South Park: The Stick of Truth. It’s set to be releasing sometime between April 1 and March 31, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and not the Nintendo Switch (sorry).
