One of Dark Horse’s recent offerings is ‘The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda‘ and on top of all the amazing art you’ll find inside it looks as if the comic publisher let slip Mass Effect: Andromeda‘s release date as well. As evidenced in the picture below you’ll see that Dark Horse claims the book’s release will go hand-in-hand with the release of the game.
“Dark Horse will release The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda simultaneously with the game!” is what’s stated and when you do the math it makes perfect sense. March 21, 2017 is indeed your standard Tuesday release day for North American video games. While there is the likelihood that this is nothing more than a placeholder it’s more unlikely than likely. Placeholder dates are usually set to the last day of a year such as December 31, 2017.
