NHL 17 Beta Kicks Off
Today, we learned some NHL 17 Beta codes have been distributed to the media and members of EA’s NHL community.
Now, if you signed up for the EA Sports NHL 17 beta by July 7, then you will be able to access the game starting tomorrow. But if you are a member of the NHL Insider (EA’s newsletter) you can play today along with members of the media.
If you signed up, you should have three NHL 17 beta codes in your email inbox. Obviously, you only need one of these, so you can pass the other two to friends, family or rivals. You’ll have to enter the codes into the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store to start the download. Once it’s finished installing, you can get on the ice and start playing.
Your Beta code for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox one will grant you access to the online competitive modes from today through August 4th.
Please note, the code only grants you access to the three online modes (Online Versus, Hockey Ultimate Team, EA Sports Hockey League) in the Beta, and is not the final version of the game.
The Beta also allows you access to Creation Zone where you can create your own custom hockey stadium and more.
