A simple tweet might just make your day today. Since its release, Rocket League has amassed a large following of dedicated players. It’s fast paced, fun, easy to pick up and hard as hell to master. Imagine how excited you’ll be to play Rocket League Basketball when it gets added to the game!
Developer, Psyonix teased the mode with a screenshot on Twitter and from the looks of it your aerial game is going to have to be on point to succeed in this mode. There aren’t any details as to when we’ll see the mode or what the cost will be but keep in mind that we did get the Snow Day playlist for free which turned the game into a vehicular based ice hockey arena. The price of free certainly wouldn’t disappoint fans.
Since the game’s release on Xbox One a mere three weeks ago it has already amassed a following of one million players which is on top of the million playing on PC and PS4. The popularity of Rocket League shows no signs of slowing any time soon.
