In a Q and A forum on the upcoming third person shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division, Ubisoft said today that players will be allowed to have up to four characters at once on one profile. The company explained that this option would be useful if you had a friend who had just joined the game, and you wanted to play with them on the same level – you could create a new character while still keeping your other ones. You will also apparently be allowed to alter your perks at will throughout the game, to suit your particular situation.
Tom Clancy’s The Division takes place in a quarantined New York City that has been ravaged by a virus. Players traverse the massive environment trying to cure the virus.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is an upcoming open world third-person shooter role-playing video game with survival elements developed by Ubisoft for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It is set to release on March 8, 2016.
