Post Scriptum Is Described as a WW2 Simulation Game

Post Scriptum, a realistic multiplayer FPS set in World War 2, is now available for pre-order on Steam. Post Scriptum is currently scheduled to come out in Spring 2018 and you can watch a teaser for the game below!

Post Scriptum is set during Operation Market Garden in 1944 and players can choose between playing as a British paratrooper, a British soldier in the famed XXX Corps or a German soldier.

The game’s multiplayer is currently maxed at 40 vs 40 but for the developers, Periscope Games, 50 vs 50 is the goal. More details: there are five maps, three game modes (Offensive, Stratagem and Sandbox), 40 vehicles, 50 weapons and a source development kit for modding. The game also includes the city of Arnhem along with its “entire western vicinity” circa 1944.

“Each area is being accurately recreated from archival references that range from street level to aerial images,” read the game’s Steam description. “Whether you’re jumping out of a plane, resupplying friendlies or operating a tank you will find multiple reasons to drop back into the battlefield in this grand scaled representation of a WW2 setting never explored in a large multiplayer environment.”

It’ll cost $29.99 to pre-order Post Scriptum and there are two other versions of the game: the Deluxe version and the Supporter version. The former will cost $44.99 while the latter will cost $59.99.
