With Fable Fortune leaving after seven months incubating in Early Access, the game is launching for reals as a free-to-play title this week. The Fable CCG will be leaving the nest with a few new features as well, bringing players a more robust system for kicking fantasy ass with superior deck power.
So what’s coming with the proper release? Heroic tales, a single-player campaign. An emote system for communicating with and verbally assaulting other players. A Deck Helper, a Daily Bounties system and some fancy (with a capital F) new cards. All of this, of course, still attached to that free-to-play price tag.
There’s still a couple days left to grab the Founder’s Pack and get started early, netting you a load of loot along with some collectible items. Soon, you’ll be able to hit up events, compete in leagues and take on co-op mode with a friend. Will you fight for good, evil or the hell of it?
