Our First Injustice 2 DLC Pack Caters Directly to Fans
We predicted it; it’s here. Time to see it; you need to see it. Injustice 2 just revealed their first set of DLC characters to come post-launch. Director Ed Boon teased them, and now it is finally confirmed. See our teases become reality in the new trailer below:
No doubt, this is NetherRealm’s way of maintaining their hype train even after announcing all 29 characters. The previous character revealed was Joker, now we have characters Red Hood, Starfire, and Sub-Zero officially confirmed so that fans can go nuts.
Of all the desirable characters in the DC Metaverse, Red Hood and Starfire were the most requested. And since we’re getting these characters as a result of fan feedback, perhaps NetherRealm will hold another poll to decide the next DLC. Could be the beginning of a trend.
Injustice 2Â arrives for PS4 and Xbox One on May 16. We don’t know when the first DLC will arrive, but anyone who purchases The Ultimate Edition automatically gains access to all 9 follow-up characters.
