Team Sonic Racing Video Review
If there is anything we know about the little blue hedgehog, its that he likes to go fast! Sonic and friends have once again jumped into high powered cars and taken off at blistering speeds in their latest multiplayer racing game that takes the adorable woodland creatures of the Sonic universe and drops them onto recognizable race tracks. Team Sonic Racing a lot of fun that isn’t meant to be taken too seriously, so buckle in and check out our video review to see just what the blue blur has going on in his latest shenanigan-filled outing.
Team Sonic Racing is the latest in the Sonic franchise, taking the series iconic characters and putting them into a high speed and frantic racing gaming. Looking for a means to stand out from the genre-defining Mario Kart, Team Sonic Racing leans heavily yet firmly into the “Team” aspect of the game with your allies able to leave illuminating tread-marks to give you a boost and catch up, leading the pack with skilled driving. It is also overflowing with the familiar charm of the Sonic universe and its beloved cast, however despite the now iconic legacy the game suffers from a lack of track locations even though the franchise has gone to so many places. It also tends to be bogged down with dead zones of loading screens that unfortunately kill any momentum the gameplay has going for it. It’s a fun adventure, but one that could have been a little more.
