Solar Ash Video Review
After a short delay, Solar Ash is now available on the PlayStation and PC. Set in the same universe of Hyper Light Drifter, but veers completely away in terms of gameplay, will the second release from the incredible Heart Machine be as successful as its predecessor?
Interweaving a variety of influences, Solar Ash manages to create a fresh experience whilst paying homage to those that came before. The effortless traversal takes inspiration from games like Jet Set Radio, however, the epic boss battles are akin to those in Shadow of the Colossus.
