After the epic tale of Three Houses, Fire Emblem is back with Engage. Celebrating the franchise’s rich history, you can summon icons from the past in epic battles, but does it combine these aspects into a cohesive narrative?
With a new art style and over-the-top battle animations, Fire Emblem Engage feels like its own entity rather than a continuation of Three Houses. While the game maintains its Chess-like combat and the opportunity to interact with others, it’s a faster-paced game.
