Players will take on the role of Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang. After a job goes south, the gang is on the move with federal agents and bounty hunters hot on their tails. Expect some truly compelling, shocking, and heart-wrenching narrative to pull you in just like the last one. Not only will Red Dead Redemption 2 feature everything you would expect from current gen consoles with a massive open world, online content, and some beautiful graphics that push the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X hard, but RDR2 also features all new mechanics such as gang reputation increasing the more you complete gang activities together, creating a stronger bond with your horse that will affect how they react to the world around them, and of course what kind of wild west experience would it be without heists?
