Stephan Adamus (Contributor) – The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword
After being very disappointed with Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword brought me back in. I loved the prequel story, I loved flying around on my big bird, I loved exploring the beautiful world. It’s a tough call to say whether this or Wind Waker as my favorite post-Ocarina Of Time Legend Of Zelda game.
Michael Chow (Contributor) and Anthony Bacchus (Contributor) – Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch
Michael: The charming art of Studio Ghibli really propelled Ni no Kuni into my top 10. The beautiful art direction of this game, in conjunction with the vibrant cast, interesting familiars, and interesting narrative also swayed my decision.
Anthony: With the sequel now on the horizon for 2017, now would be the perfect time to play one of my favorite games of last generation. Ni No Kuni was a breath of fresh air for me, taking the best parts of classic JRPG’s and mixing it with a beautiful story, engaging characters, and a visual style that can turn heads. It’s one of the PS3’s best games and should be played sooner than later.
Ahmed Mohamed (Contributor) – Mass Effect 3
The second game in the franchise introduced me to the immersive world of Mass Effect, wherein I truly felt like a galactic explorer. But it was Mass Effect 3 that delivered breathtaking missions with a frightening level of consistency while delivering the same phenomenal story.
That does it for number 10 but tune in tomorrow for our number 9 selections! As always, we’d love to hear your picks in the comments below!
