Age of Wonders 4

Age of Wonders 4 is a very deep real time strategy game. There are lots of different ways to focus your play style and succeed. It strikes a great balance of not being too overwhelming, amongst all its options. The sound design and maps are a little bland, but those are small gripes amongst fantastic gameplay. Our reviewer concluded “no matter how you prefer to play, you’re in for hours of engaging strategy and tactics”.

Tin Hearts

Tin Hearts is a puzzle adventure game that switches between third and first person perspectives. It exceeded our reviewers expectations. The puzzles were interesting and steadily ramped up in difficulty throughout the game. There were a few glitches and framerate issues, but it remains the third highest rated game on The Three Best (and Worst) Video Games from May 2023. On top of the great puzzles, our reviewer found that Tin Hearts “takes its players on an emotional journey through the charming world of the Butterworth household”. Adorable.
