Perk Up: The Fallout 4 Guide To Being S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

(PER 1) Pickpocket – Makes it 25% easier to pickpocket NPC’s.

(PER 2) Rifleman – Non-automatic rifles gain a 20% damage bonus.

(PER 3) Awareness – View enemies specific damage resistances while in V.A.T.S.

(PER 4) Locksmith – Allows you to pick advanced locks.

(PER 5) Demolition Expert – Explosive weapons deal 25% more damage and allows you to craft them as well.

(PER 6) Night Person –  Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. you gain +2 towards perception and intelligence.

(PER 7) Refractor – Gain additional +10 to energy resistance.

(PER 8) Sniper – When using scopes you gain better control and can hold your breath longer.

(PER 9) Penetrator – Target enemy limbs behind cover when using V.A.T.S. with decreased accuracy.

(PER 10)  Concentrated Fire – While in V.A.T.S. attacking the same body part grants +10 accuracy.
