5  Ways Nexon Can Bring Lawbreakers Back From the Dead

3) Xbox One Release

A major disappointment for a lot of gamers with Lawbreakers was a distinct lack of an Xbox version, especially considering the game was released to Windows PC. Although this seems like a huge opportunity missed, it’s not too late. Nexon can still release Lawbreakers for the Xbox One, gaining players from all versions of the console. And of course, if it was enhanced, who wouldn’t want to play this anti-gravity shooter in 4K?

2) Nintendo Switch Release

Much like the lack of an Xbox One release, not bringing Lawbreakers to the Nintendo Switch, was again, a missed opportunity. This is a platform that is screaming for variety, for first-person shooters, so why not give the fans what they want? With the significant increase in popularity with the Nintendo Switch, so much so that it outsold the competition during the holiday season, Nexon has a lot to gain by making a Switch version available.

LawBreakers

If we’re being honest here, it’s actually quite likely that the joy-cons of the Switch would be quite helpful with just how important speed and maneuverability is with Lawbreakers too. And can you imagine how many people might actually jump on the hype train if they could play it outside of the house? It seems like a Switch release leaves a lot to the imagination, so Nexon, get on it!

1) Cross-Play Amongst All Systems

Unsurprisingly, this last point builds on the release of Xbox One and Switch versions of Lawbreakers. Players love variety, and what screams that more than the ability to play with more people worldwide? Despite the complaints that some systems may have an unfair advantage over others, cough PC master race cough, it would be so much easier to find lobbies with even a few extra thousand people playing. There is no doubt that should there be Xbox One and Switch releases of Lawbreakers that this would be enough to generate buzz, pushing the peak player count to over the current 7500. At this point, it’s likely that even Cliff Bleszinski would agree that getting back up to the original 7500 players would be an accomplishment on its own.

Do you agree? Is there anything else you would suggest Nexon could do to gain momentum for Lawbreakers? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
