The Big 5 – The Five Biggest Games of June 2016

Indie Spotlight

Mighty No. 9 – Comcept – June 21 (Multiplatform)

If you look up the word hype in the dictionary you may well see a picture of Keiji Inafune’s Mighty No. 9. After a crowd funding run on Kickstarter the spiritual successor (or so they say) to Inafune’s Mega Man has seen a long development and numerous delays. Beck is finally here though and players will be able to run, jump, shoot and slide to their heart’s delight. Whether or not the final game lives up to the lofty expectations that gamers put on it remains to be seen, but if reactions to this trailer say anything it’s that this could end up a massive disappointment. Judge for yourself when it releases on June 21.
