3. Crypto Miners Causing GPU Shortages
A man’s gotta make a dollar, but this is getting outrageous. If you’ve been involved in any sort of mining that has contributed to the shocking GPU shortage, you need to think about what you’re doing. Families are being torn apart, and if you don’t believe me, that same neighbor from earlier had his wife leave him for the town grocer just the other day. It was a bit tough to make out, but I think I could hear her shouting about his inability to maintain an RTX 3080.
That’s one hell of a graphics card, and I can’t say I blame her. God speed, Becky!
2. Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition
While Rockstar has made somewhat of an effort to fix the mountain of issues that sits atop the GTA “Definitive Edition,” it wasn’t long ago when they wouldn’t allow something this bad to even see the light of day. How the mighty have fallen. What clearly turned out to be a holiday gaming 2021 cash-grab in this new GTA trilogy has plummeted the public perception of Rockstar and anything affiliated with them into the landfill. And they can scramble to improve this release all they want, but the damage is done. Fuck ’em.
We can start talking again once you put a shred of effort into Red Dead Online, Rockstar.
1. Activision/Blizzard
It’s tough not to top this list when the state of California is suing your company for sexual harassment. This whole situation is a mess with no real signs of slowing down. Activision/Blizzard, congratulations on winning our 2021 “Get Fucked” award!
