Tekken 5
Tekken 6 isn’t coming out until 2017, but that doesn’t mean that Namco can’t begin to drum up interest in the title. Putting out 2005’s Tekken 5 would be a fantastic way for gamers to remember why the series is so special. Not only does 5 feature a great roster of 32 characters, it also took the series back to its root after an underwhelming fourth installment. It’s fast, fun, and would make for a great addition to the PS4’s line-up.
Persona 3 FES
As someone who absolutely adores the Persona series, I have to admit that Persona 5’s delay to 2017 hit hard. Few series manage to balance great storytelling with captivating mechanics as well as Atlus’ best series. The success of Persona 4 has brought a lot of new fans to the series, and many of them have never played 2006’s Persona 3. A PS2 on PS4 version would not only help tide the wait until 5 finally comes out but would also make sure everyone can play this stellar RPG.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3
I’m not often someone who feels like a company is obligated to do something, but Activision owes players after the disaster that is Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5. It was a terrible entry in a once great franchise, so why not allow gamers to relive how great things used to be? Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 was the peak of the series, as its classic gameplay was combined with great level design and a fully fleshed out trick system.
