Become the Best Manager in My Lil Afterlife
After two years in development, indie developer JSquared Games has confirmed that its cozy supernatural life sim My Lil Afterlife will launch on Steam for Windows and Linux on July 28. Blending wholesome management gameplay with light action and spooky charm, the game invites players to build and customize their own version of the afterlife.

In My Lil Afterlife, players step into the role of a little litch. They will be responsible for creating a welcoming home for a growing community of ghostly residents. As new spirits arrive, each with their own unique personalities, players can expand and decorate their realm using furniture, crafted items, and collectibles found throughout the world.
Customization also extends to your character, allowing you to unlock and wear a variety of outfits and accessories sold by the residents you recruit. At launch, the game will feature 10 different spooky companions. This ranges from a wise skeleton to a cheeky sasquatch, with more characters planned in future updates.
Beyond its cozy atmosphere, My Lil Afterlife also includes an action-focused side. Players can explore the mysterious Reaper’s Tower, where the once-benevolent Grim Reaper has fallen into madness. Using magical spells, they’ll battle enemies, uncover secrets, and collect valuable crafting materials and decorative rewards.
My Lil Afterlife launches on July 28 for PC via Steam with a budget-friendly price of $3.99. If you’re looking for a relaxing life sim with a spooky twist, then this charming indie title might be perfect.
