Kitaria Fables 2 Revealed at Galaxies Showcase With Fresh Adventure and Co-Op Support

A New Adventure Awaits in Kitaria Fables 2

PQube has officially revealed Kitaria Fables 2 during the Galaxies Spring Showcase, bringing players back to its colorful fantasy world after the original game’s strong global performance of over 400,000 copies sold. Developed by Secret Level Studios in collaboration with Twin Hearts, the upcoming sequel blends action RPG mechanics with farming and crafting, and is set to launch digitally on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Alongside the announcement, a brand-new trailer offered a first look at the game’s fresh setting and characters. This time, the story shifts to the vibrant Arkadera Peninsula, a new region filled with secrets and opportunities. The narrative follows two new protagonists: Alice Skylar, a determined Royal Army Pathfinder, and Dusty Tuftkin, a resourceful local guide. Together, they embark on an adventure that combines exploration, combat, and community building.

Building on the foundation of the original, the sequel introduces several key improvements. Players can now take advantage of a more flexible camera that enhances exploration, while larger environments and improved fast travel aim to reduce repetitive grinding. Combat and progression have also evolved, with experience-based leveling and distinct skill development for each character.

Farming plays a deeper role this time, with expanded crop options and a farmstead that players can rebuild and customize. The game also supports both online co-op and local couch co-op, encouraging shared adventures.

Kitaria Fables 2 looks set to expand on its predecessor in meaningful ways, offering a richer and more polished experience.
