Escape: Immersion Is Coming to PC and Mobile This July

Prepare to Feel the Horror in Escape: Immersion

Royal Games and AzDimension have unveiled the official teaser for Escape: Immersion, an atmospheric horror adventure set to launch in July 2026 on PC and mobile platforms.

Inspired by titles such as Inside and Little Nightmares, Escape: Immersion places players inside a collapsing underwater military base. Flooded corridors, flickering lights, and a lurking unseen presence build relentless tension throughout the experience. Players awaken with no memory of who they are or how they arrived, driven by a single urgent truth: time is running out.

The project has been in development for more than four years, with the team navigating numerous production hurdles along the way. During that time, the developers revised the narrative multiple times before locking in the final version roughly a year ahead of release. This extended refinement process allowed the team to craft a tighter, more cohesive storyline and strengthen the game’s emotional weight.

Gameplay centers on survival mechanics that demand quick reflexes and careful exploration. Players will traverse unstable environments, solve environmental puzzles, and overcome platforming challenges while avoiding deadly threats. The game features VHS-inspired visuals, dynamic scripted events, and psychological horror elements designed to create a grim, oppressive atmosphere where even small mistakes can prove fatal.

Though relatively concise in length, Escape: Immersion aims to deliver a focused and memorable horror experience. The developers plan to share additional updates, including playtest details and demo announcements, as the July 2026 release approaches.
