Today, developer Low Level Programming is happy to unveil their upcoming puzzle platformer, Midnight Arrow. Inspired by games like Celeste, the game brings players an experience that builds upon familiar mechanics while providing a fully new experience. A press release gives potential players more details about what they can expect from Midnight Arrow. Additionally, a new trailer shows off the gameplay and art style of the game.
Midnight Arrow invites players to enter an atmospheric experience. Using a retro art style, the game introduces players to a unique puzzle platformer where darkness is all around you. Like in many platformers, you will jump from wall-to-wall, on top of platforms, and avoid treacherous traps. However, unlike other platformers, you are in the darkness. Well, not entirely. The game allows players to light their way in the darkness with fiery arrows. However, finding your way isn’t your only issue. Of course, players will face a variety of challenges that will test not only their cunning but also their aim, dexterity, and fleet of movement.
